The training course was segregated into 2 parts, PBC Concept to Applications, 14-16 June and PBC Contract Management, 17 June 2010.

The 3 + 1 day training course was designed for project managers or executives who are constantly looking for ways to improve their supply chain management and driving high vendors’ performance. The course used actual case studies to illustrate important PBL ‘dos’ and ‘don’ts’ to ensure practicality of lesson.
